Loans, Holds, & Renewals

You can renew any of these items as long as it isn’t on hold for another patron.  This includes over the phone, online, and in person at the Circulation Desk.

• You must be 18 years or older to checkout Launchpads and DVDs.
• Adults may checkout up to 100 items on their accounts.
• Children may checkout up to 50 items on their accounts.

​1. Go to patmoslibrary.org and click the Account Login link, located at the top right of your screen.
2. Enter your barcode number and pin number. Your pin number should be the last four digits of the phone number attached to your
     library card. If you don’t know your pin number, please call us at 616-896-9798 for assistance.
3. Click “New Search” at the top of the screen.
4. Search for the item you would like to put on hold.
5. When you have found the item, select it and click on the “Request” button at the top of the screen.
6. You will see confirmation of your hold. 
7. You will receive either an email or phone call notification when your book is ready. 

Note: Holds are usually ready within 7 days of your request and will be available for you to pick up for seven days after notification.

Online:
1. Go to www.patmoslibrary.org 
2. Click on “My Account” at the top right of the screen.
3. Log in with your library barcode number and pin number.
​4. Select the books you wish to renew and select submit.
